These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of FixiPain products and technologies, including
the FixiPain 3D Infrared Foot Scanner, heat-moldable insoles, and related services.
By purchasing or using FixiPain products, you agree to the following terms:

2. Use-Case Restriction
FixiPain products are intended only for in-store foot analysis and retail display use, not for
medical diagnosis or medical treatment.
The scanner is a non-medical, non-diagnostic device.

3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are provided by quote.
● 50% payment at order confirmation
● 50% payment before delivery
Accepted payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, Stripe, PayPal.

4. Delivery & Installation
Delivery time is typically within 30 days after receipt of payment.
FixiPain is not responsible for customs delays or import processes outside Finland.

5. Returns & Cancellations
● No returns once the scanner or insoles have been installed or used.
● Orders cannot be cancelled after production has started.

6. Warranty
FixiPain products include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
The warranty does not cover:
● Accidental damage
● Improper installation or mishandling
● Modifications or third-party repairs

7. Limitation of Liability
FixiPain is not responsible for business loss, lost profits, or indirect damages.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
