● Scanner hardware defects
● Electrical faults not caused by misuse
● Insole material defects before molding

What is not covered
● Damage caused by incorrect use
● Falling, shocks, or liquid damage
● Heat molding performed incorrectly
● Damage from third-party technicians

Refunds
FixiPain does not issue refunds after installation or use.
Heat-moldable insoles are considered personalized items and are non-refundable.
